She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Pete" Whitworth and Hazel Whitworth (Wall); her brothers, Jim and Bob Whitworth; and her nephew Brad Whitworth.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles Dahlem; her husband Paul Millard; her children, Lura Dahlem of Stillwater, Duane Dahlem (Lori) of Crescent, OK, Dr. Cheryl Couch of York, NE, Misty Ingram (Russell) of Enid and LaToya Millard of Enid; and her siblings, Lyndal Whitworth of Houston, TX and Dr. Julia Lewis (Benny) of McKinney, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
Memorial contributions in Jean's name may be made to the family in order to assist with the ongoing care of her daughter LaToya Joy, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
