He was predeceased by: his father Arlo Maxey. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Loudenslager Maxey; his brother Gary (Debbie) of Enid; and his nieces and nephews, Garret Maxey (Madison), Lila of Tulsa, Morgan Maxey of Oklahoma City, Kelsi Lutz (Jon Peetom), Hudson, Heston of Vinita, Tabitha Hurlbutt (Blake), Hensley and Hunter of Oklahoma City.
