She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Ciarla and Betty Ciarla (McClintock); and her siblings, Waynetta Newsom (Bob), Cheryl Beck, Steve Ciarla (Geraldine) and Andy Ciarla (Linda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Janice's name may be made to Heartland Pet Cemetery or Quilts of Valor with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
