He is survived by: his former wife Norma Duncan; his son Steve; his former wife Carol Miller; his wife Ann Benkendorf; his children, Kenneth Crusinbery (Sheila) of Derby, Cheryl Bergerson (Dan) of Eau Claire, Steven Crusinbery (Tami) of Goddard, Lisa Huntley (Steve) of Goddard and Alan Crusinbery; and his stepchildren, Carl Benkendorf (Joyce) and Debbie Henricks (Marvin). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
