He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willard and Winnie Willard (Talley); his wives, Wanda Willard and Crystal Willard (Crane); and his brothers, Dwight, Claude and Dale Willard.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Fishback (Steve) of Enid, Dottie Flippen of Chino, CA, John Willard (Tonya) of Enid, Sam Willard (Maryl) of Douglas, OK, Mark Willard (Christina) and Judy Reed (Gary) of Enid. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; thirty-seven greatgrandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren; as well as other family and friends.
Memorial contributions in Jim's name may be made to the charity of choice with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
