He was predeceased by: his parents, James O. Fitzpatrick and Mildred B. Felkner Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Anita M. Yarger; his children, Renee Smith (Woody) and Curtis Fitzpatrick (Connie) of Stillwater; his grandchildren, Austin, Erin Fitzpatrick, Chelsea and Skyler Patton; his great grandchild Theo Fitzpatrick; and his siblings, Carol Freeze (Ted) of Garland, TX and Lavaughn Fitzpatrick of Rockwell, TX.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Bethlehem Baptist Church with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
