He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, David (Glynda) of Cypress, Mark (Kyla) of Enid and Christine Palmer (Tim) of Green Valley, AZ; and his granddaughter Kylene Norman of Enid. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
