She is survived by: her husband Nathaniel Phillips; her children, Jean Bell of Enid, Nathaniel Phillips Jr. of Enid, Annetta Phillips of Enid, Cindy Phillips (Larry Mitchell), Lois Phillips of Oklahoma City, Rodney Phillips of Enid and Lisa Hampton of Enid; and her sister Mary Kinslow.
