She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas Sharp, Sr. (Tom) and Rosie Lena Sharp (Richardson); her husband Woodrow Jack; and her brothers, William Thomas Sharp, Jr. (Bill) and Lloyd Max Sharp.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle White (Jerry) of Chickasha, OK and Sydnee Jack of Atlanta, GA.; her grandsons, Cody J. White (Aimee) and Kevin W. White (Chelsea); and her great grandchildren, Blake White, Bailey White, Brooke White, Wade White and Eli White.
Memorial contributions in Helen's honor may be made to Garland Road Baptist Church, Enid, OK., or to the First Baptist Church, Cherokee, Ok with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
