Harvey Lavicky Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harvey Lavicky of Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 28, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lavicky and Alma Lavicky (Theilen); his sisters, Frances Schultz, Louise Coleman, Lydia Garis and Rose Longacre; and his grandson Crosby Lavicky.

He is survived by: his children, Rose Adams (Doug), Angie Waken, Harvey Lavicky, Jr. (Megan), Roy Lavicky (Krista) and Josh Lavicky (Angela); his grandchildren, Douglas, Alex, Carli, John, Jakob, Lexi, Nick, Lukas, Marissa, Vanessa, Abi, Christian, Clara and Dansby; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Carter; his siblings, Charles Lavicky (Helga), Louis Lavicky (Stella), Pat Bixler (Larry), Betty Chodrick, Nancy Buchholz (Butch), Vernie Lavicky, Julie Cagle (Charlie) and David Lavicky (Suzanne); and his close friend Tammy Hulsey.
