He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonas Koehn and Ida Becker Koehn; his wife Kathleen; and his siblings, Goldie Newman, Ruth Watts, Violet Phippen, Orland Koehn and Earl Don Koehn.
He is survived by: his sisters, Dottie (Dwight Curtis), Donna Ward of Ocoee, Loretta Wilson of Helena and Deloris Helton of Atcoscita, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
