He was predeceased by: his parents, Gunnar William and Lucile Vivian Anderson; his brother Roger Max; his wife Barbara Sue Patterson of Hugo; and his daughter Julie Boykin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen (Jay Knapik) and Enid; his grandchildren, Gunnar, Meagan Boykin of Conway, AK, Katie Knapik (Zach Schatz), Dee, Amanda Boykin of Yazoo City, MS, Molly, Andrew Bayne of Plano, TX, Ben and Haley Boykin of Madison, MS; his great grandchildren, Julie Scott, Max, Hayes, Shea, Mason, Britt, Henry and Alice; and his pet Buckles.
Memorials may be made in his honor to Westminster Presbyterian Church of Enid, Hospice Circle of Love, or OMRF-Cancer Division with Henninger-Hinson acting as custodians of the fund.
