He was predeceased by: his grandfather Andy McKinney; and his great-grandparents, Betty, Rex Ramsey and George Koch. He is survived by: his parents, Austin McKinney and Ashley Ramsey; his sister Gracelyn McKinney; his grandparents, Tanya, Chris Prochaska of Enid, Robert, Renee Ramsey of Enid and Dave Hennessey of New York; and his great-grandparents, Barbara Koch, Patti and Tommy Lehman of California.
In Lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made in his name to the Gracelyn Ramsey-McKinney Education Fund with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
