He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Edward and Jane Katherine Mast (Doan); his former wife Beulah Jean Martin; his wife Pamella Sue Davis; his sons, Chester Leroy, Mark Anthony and Raymont Troutt; his siblings, Robert, William Mast and Lorna Holter; and his brother-in-law Harold Pfingston.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles Edward (Charlie) of Eads and Raymond Troutt; his sister Shirley Pfingston of Colorado Springs; his daughters, Julie Bishop of Enid and Sondra Tate (Jim) of Enid, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Rainy, Robert, Kira, Marcus and Chandler; and his caregiver Sean Mathis. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren, and many great great grandchildren.
