She is survived by: her former husband Johnny L. Conley; and her children, Carolyn Conley (Greg Ross) of Fairview, Terry Conley (Julie) of Lawton, Keith Conley (Gayle) of Enid and Jeffrey Conley (Tabitha) of Enid.
