She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Nickel and Lillian Unruh. She is survived by: her husband Mike Hoffman; her children, Ashley Kain (Brandon) and Mikey Hoffman (Felicia); her grandchildren, Hartlee Hoffman, Ruby and Harper Kain; and her brother Galen "Nick" Nickel (Vicky).

Memorials may be made to World Harvest Church with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodians of the funds.
