He was predeceased by: his parents, William Glen McCullough and Wilma Jean Foote; his brothers, Virgil Wayne McCullough and Donnie Gene Buller; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Fischer.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Bruce Nixon; his son Michael McCullough (Tracy); his grandsons, Gabriel and Colin of Derwood, MD; his son Frederick McCullough of Moore, OK; and his siblings, Julia Nixon (Bruce) of Lahoma, Sherry Fischer (late Kenneth) of Enid, Alfred Buller (Carmen) of McAlester, OK and Jerry Buller (Jana) of Enid, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
