He is survived by: his grandson Nicholas; his children, Peggy Jeter, Barbara Bennett, Karen Payne and Billy Payne of Enid; his grandchildren, Lynsey Payne, Hannah Williams of Enid, Jeff Payne (Jessica) of Edmond, David Sweet of Francis and Ora Bennett of Coweta; his great grandchild Ellison; and his sisters, Lucy Webster, Karen Theilen of Enid and Mergie Cochran of Daisy, AR..
