He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hoeltzel and Sadie Hoeltzel (Cunningham); and his nephew Erin Logan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hoeltzel of Enid; his children, Mickey Hoeltzel of Carrier, OK, Roger Hoeltzel (Sherilyn) of Fairview, OK and Sherry Schallner (Jay) of Oklahoma City; his sisters, Velma June Bone of Enid, OK and Lila Ann Logan-Jansonius (Gary) of Lahoma; his grandchildren, Todd Hoeltzel, Chelsea Hoeltzel, Kelsea Meyers, Charlea Cope, Kaylea Hoeltzel, Alexanne Schallner and T. J. Schallner; and his niece Lisa Roussell of Maryland. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Gerald's name may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran School or the Hillsdale Christian School with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
