He was predeceased by: his parents, George Watkins and Sue Watkins; his son Chad Watkins; his siblings, Susan, Sandy Watkins and Steve Watkins; and his father-in-law Walter Crawford.
He is survived by: his wife Kitty Watkins; his daughter Keri Weber; his grandsons, Ashton Weber of Enid and Brayden Watkins of Ottawa, KS; his brother Jim; his sister-in-law Jeannie Milam of Garland, TX; and his mother-in-law Lee Crawford of Enid.
The family has selected the Cherokee Strip Model Railroad Association at the Railroad Museum in Enid for memorial donations.
