He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Wagner Sr. and Margaret Tomlin Wagner; his grandmother Tomlin; his parents-in-law, Barney and Oneta Lehmbeck Sr.; and his brother-in-law Byron Lehmbeck.
He is survived by: his family Scottie; his pet Laird; his wife Debbie; and his sons, Nicholas Wagner (Heather) of Enid and Derrick Spence (Peggy Shewmaker) of Dallas.
A memorial will be held at a later date, and the family is requesting that in lieu of flowers that donations be made in his name to Wounded Warriors.
