It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George R. Gibbons of Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George R. Gibbons to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harman Leston and Glenys Ethel Cunningham Gibbons; and his brother Fred Gibbons. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Gibbons; his daughter Ruth Ellen Benton; his son-in-law Keith; his son Jeremy James; his daughter-in-law Rachel; his granddaughters, Ellen, Dori and Caria; and his siblings, Janice Wood (Arthur), Joan Thompson and Harmon Gibbons (Myrna).

Memorials may be made in his honor to the Gideons International with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
