He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon C. Bland and Claudia Bland (White); and his brother Vernon. He is survived by: his wife Donna Ostermann; his children, Tanya Ellis (Tyler) of Enid, Sheila Bland of Little Rock, Arkansas, Kimberly Seelinger (Philip) of Little Rock, Arkansas and George Bland, Jr. (Cindy) of Flower Mound, Texas; and his sister Claudia Gentile of Beaumont, Texas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Shriners Crippled Children Fund or OMRF-Cancer Division.
