He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Shelton and Iva Marie French (Bielby). He is survived by: his former spouse LaVonda "Sue" Stevens; his spouse LaVonda "Sue" French; and his children, Wendy Sue Eckert of Enid, Natalie Shea (Bryan Mason) of Enid and Nathan S. French (Andrea) of Enid. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in his name to the Shriners Children's Hospital with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
