He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Francis and Leota Lula Frey (Lieurance); and his wife Teresa Stevens. He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Lee Jackson; his children, Dale Frey (Melinda) of Oklahoma City, Dana Ford (Derek) of Woodward, Dian Frey of Carmen and Debbie Brown of Booker, Texas; and his stepchildren, Mike Nugent (Kayla) of Stillwater and Jennifer Stoner (Shawn) of Arkansas City, Kansas. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made through the mortuary to Kayla's Kindness Project.
