It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Allan Howard (Enid, Oklahoma), who passed away on December 24, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Fred. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Atwood; and his children, Bill Howard, Rick Howard and Marie Howard. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
