He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel Chapman; his daughter Sonya; and his son-in-law Tom Worth. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Waltman (Freddy) and Debbie Patton (Dale). He is also survived by five grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren; and one great, great grandson.
