She is survived by: her sons, Michael Kusch (Stephanie) and Dr. Stanferd Kusch (Linda); her sisters, Doris Chapman and Wanda Avery; and her grandchildren, Amy, Kali, Adam, Austin, Allison, Savannah, Mary Kate and Anna. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
