She is survived by: her children, Patti Henderson of Edmond, OK, Connie Herlihy of Bixby, Janet Chelf (John Chelf) of Tulsa, Okla. and Tom Cassody (Sherry) of Covington, Okla.; her grandchildren, Stacie Jackson (Matthew), Carrie Brewster (Erik), Dr. Kelli Herlihy Dyer (Steven Dyer), Jennie Sappington (Tony), Richard Herlihy and Garrett Cassody (Bruna); and her great grandchildren, Keegan, Kylie Jackson, Avery, Hunter, Holden, Hadley Henderson, Spencer, Henry Dyer, Jentrie, Trinity, Sadie Sappington, Cassidy and Everett Brewster.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Covington with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory serving as custodians of the funds.
