She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Hays and Catherine Hays (Hart); her brother Harold Hays; her husband Buster Dean Barnes; and her son-in-law Harry J. Congdon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Phillips (Butch) of Enid, Cynthia (Mark Douglas) of Kingwood, TX and Kathy Congdon of Enid; her grandchildren, Mindy Smith, Katie McCoy, Nicole Vallee, Jason Congdon and Jamie Hromas; and her sister Ruth Bradley of Dayton, Ohio.. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren.
