He was predeceased by: his father Mark Lively; his wife Elda Jeanette Knopfel; and his brothers, Jack and Melvin. He is survived by: his daughter Jeannie Kay Jackson (Larry) of Arlington, TX; and his sister Betty Ferrell. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
