She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Galusha and Iva Del Galusha (Haworth). She is survived by: her pet Clementine; her grandchild Tia Juana; her spouse Jerry Hein; her children, Stacey Davis of Enid, Greg Hein (Amanda) of Enid and Rebekah Schraut (Alex) of Richardson, TX.; her brother Kenneth Galusha of Enid; her grandchildren, Nicholas Phelps (Skylar), John Carroll, Alyssa Carroll, Mason, Olive Schraut, Kyleigh and Dyani Hein; and her close friend Corla.
