He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest H. Redington and Jessie Faye Horner; his wife Donna Louise Dickens; his brothers, Hershell Lee, Harold and Bobby; his son George Redington; and his granddaughter Samantha Redington.
He is survived by: his daughter Marilyn Kay Dunsworth of Kansas; his sister Fern May of Enid; and his sister-in-law Millie Redington of Mustang. He is also survived by four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
