She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward M. Bartel and Dorathy Mason Bartel; her grandparents, Hollie, Edith Mason, Peter and Elizabeth Bartel; and her sister LaVonda Enos.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Fisher of Enid; her son Trebor Fisher (Amanda) of Jenks; her granddaughter Cameron Fisher of Jenks; and her brothers, Gerald Bartel of Quanah and Olan Bartel of Southard.
