She was predeceased by: her parents, Montra Waits and Elsie May Waits; her former husband Kenneth Smith; her sons, Kenton, Doug and Monty Smith; and her brother Jess Waits.

She is survived by: her husband Dale Miller of Waukomis; her daughter Brenda (Bill Hane) of Piedmont Oklahoma; her daughter-in-law Julie Smith of Enid; and her grandsons, Aaron Hane, Andrew Hane, Dylan Smith (Mariah) and Owen Smith.
