It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Tappan (Enid, Oklahoma), who passed away on May 2, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Paul Tappan. She is survived by: her spouse Phil Tappan; her daughters, Karen Dodds, Richard Dodds, Teresa Morse and Dennis Morse; her grandchildren, Melanie, Amie, Derek, Diedra and Christopher; her sister Mary (Ted Spreiter); her siblings-in-law, Dewey (Wanda Tappan) and Frances Tappan; and her friend Helen Sherman.
