He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Stuart of Garber, OK., Shelly McDowell of Enid, OK. and Candice McDowell of Midland, TX.; and his siblings, Martin McDowell of Enid, OK., Gary McDowell of Enid, OK., Leola "Skeet" Campbell of Enid, OK. and Arnita McDowell of Billings, OK.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandson.
