He is survived by: his children, Mariam Rios Day, Heydy Harrington, Marlyn Lewis, Edelberto Rios, Mavis Rios, Bryan Romario Rios and Alejandro Rios; and his brother Jose Luis Rios. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
