She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Kennedy and Verna Kennedy (Pearce); and her granddaughter Johanna Noyes. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Williams; her daughters, Lillie Castor of Enid, Deborah Hazelwood of Enid, Tena Fleming of Laverne and Deana Thrasher of Texhoma; her sister Verna Lee Millikan (Kennedy) of Greeley; and her grandchildren, Brian Bowles, Tammy Jackson, Tucker Fleming, Jenna Stump, Tyrel Fleming, Casandra Noyes, Dustin Thrasher and Cheyenne Thrasher. She is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren, four nieces and one nephew.
