He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ward and Betty Ward. He is survived by: his wife Cheri Ward (Terry); his children, Cassidy DuBois (Marc), Elizabeth Hagan (Eric), Tabitha Pannone (Alex) and Eric Ward; his grandchildren, Trevor DuBois, Damien Rainey, Tyson Hagan, Jaxon Jonas, Emerson Ward, Olivia Pannone, Elena Ward and Liliana Pannone; and his siblings, Linda Campbell of Hanna, OK, Julie Ward of Wichita, KS., Rodney Ward of Pond Creek, Ronnie Ward of Oklahoma City and Willy Ward of Enid.
Memorial contributions in Eddie's name may be made to Hospice Circle of Love or the OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
