She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Sprague and Ethel Sprague (Mills); her husband Dwight Hamilton; her sisters, Marsaline "Scottie" Eulberg and Lenore Ulrey; and also Ray Sprague, Jr..
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Emmerine Sprague of Medford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; and great-great-nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that memorial donations be made payable to St. Jude's or Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
