He is survived by: his children, Ronald Moore of Houston, TX and Jamie Underwood (Michael) of Edmond, OK; his grandchildren, Laura Ann Kay (Joe) of North Carolina, Natalie Moore of Richmond, VA, Sarah Dixon (Joel) of Cambridge, Jordan Underwood (Elise) of Edmond, Hannah Moery (Brad) of Williamsville, NY and Leah Skaggs (Eric) of Oklahoma City; his brother Harold Moore (Helen) of Wagoner, OK; and his significant other Carolyn Kurz of Enid. He is also survived by three nephews and a niece.
