He was predeceased by: his wife Twyla; his son Lieutenant Jerry Provost; and his grandson Colonel Travis Provost. He is survived by: his sisters, Virginia Arnot and Jean Wheeler; his daughter LaDonna Groves (Roger); his daughter-in-law Linda Hasselwood (Provost); his grandchildren, Rebecca Provost, Travis Groves, Sarah Marchetti, Scott, Brian and Jeremy Hasselwood; his great grandchildren, Hannah Provost of Wyatt Groves and Jake Provost of Wyatt Groves; and also Bill. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews and friends.
