She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bennie Alfred and Lois Ethel Couch (Harris); her husband Roy Smith; her children, Jay Russell (Stephanie) of Enid, John David Smith (Janette) of Enid and Janice Warfield (Scott) of Enid; and her siblings, Kay, Phyllis, Shirley, Lydia, Bennie and Boyce Dee. She was also cherished by four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
