She was predeceased by: her husband Hilbert Harvey; her children, Carolyn Seal and Byron Ross Outhier; and her grandchildren, Kelly Ann Bishop, Matt Seal and Curtis Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Jackie Cornish (Wayne) of Enid; her granddaughters, Kimberly, Karen, Chelsea, Megan and Cara; and her stepgranddaughters, Shawna and Jacquetta. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Dolly Fae's name may be made to the Waukomis Christian Church with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
