With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dixie Rose Hays (Enid, Oklahoma), who passed away on January 21, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Van Vranken and Alpha Mae Van Vranken; and her sister Carlene Holt. She is survived by: her husband James E. Hays; her son Tim Hays (Jaime); her granddaughter Hannah; and her sister Gladys Mae Van Vranken. She is also survived by her family and great and dear friends.
Dixie fought a years long battle with Alzheimer's disease and finally succumbed to that terrible and unfair disease on Sunday.
