He is survived by: his former wife Charlene Bickford; his wife Yvonne Russell Hines; his children, Michael Neal (Sally), Jay Dennis (Carolyn) and Jan Denise (Dale Dunsworth) of Sand Springs, OK; his grandsons, Christopher Neal (Philisha Young), Chad Michael (Amber Young), Charles Dennis (Stephanie Young), Jeremy Dale Dunsworth and Benjamin Clark Dunsworth; his great grandchildren, Mersades, Christopher, Sebastian, Imogen and LilyAnn; his great great grandchildren, Bruce and Cooper; his sister Kay Ann Smith; his stepdaughter Jennifer (Brad); and his granddaughter Megan.
Memorials may be made to Claremore Veterans Center with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory serving as custodians of the funds.
