With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra Carpenter (Enid, Oklahoma), born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on March 10, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth and Verona (Tiedt); her husband Ronald Carpenter; and her sisters, Sandra Genolous and Donna Beyer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sabrina Lounsbury (Mark), Tara Wray (William Ward), Shantel Luper (Ron) and Charity Buckwalter (Kyle); her grandchildren, Gaevin Chavez, Mackenzie Miles, Dominic Miles, Elijah Wray, Travis Buckwalter and Westin Buckwalter; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Malakhi, Octavia, Kamden and Hensley; and her sisters, Patty Franke and Sharon Jones. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
