He is survived by: his former wife Ruth Thomas; his sons, Michael, Timothy and Todd; his wife Charla; his daughter Linda (Michael Earl); his stepchildren, Anne, Jon McNaught, Angela and Mark Miller; his sister Janet (Bill); and his pet Spock.
