Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel (2800 N Van Buren St, Enid, OK 73703). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in David's name may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation to the Cancer or Alzheimer's Research Divisions with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
